So I've managed to invest in an Asus Eee 900 16GB. got one pretty cheap over at ebay.
I've spent the latest day installing and customizing my system and it's safe to say that I'm very satisfied. (Especially since I found out that the neighboring offices run an weak WEP encrypted network ;-) )
Well I initially was set on acquiring an pandora unit but since they've been delayed so much and it's specs are somewhat lower than most Eees I ended up with this toy instead.
What I had not expected was that it had OpenGL support, even though I only get about 700fps in glxgears it runs most old games pretty smooth. Oh ye...

The last months I've been working on a secret project of great importance, completely draining me of all my time.
I can barely restrain myself from revealing the genius ideas but since it's a secret I'll have to suffer and be content with sharing these few samples.

I haven't written here in a while because lately my thoughts have circulated around personal non-interesting matters.
But today I will try to relate to you the sums of months of thought.
On the professional plane I find myself in a deadlock, too live means to die and to die means to live. It's a paradox where I'm forced to make a choice.
Either I take up a job as a coder and thus my dream of becoming a renown illustrator dies, or I continue to get myself in debt and try to find other ways of continuing the path of an illustrator but i fear that path is short lived.
