Today I went throught my collection of modfiles and picked out the few that resembled a complete song.

Personally I consider my musical skills somewhat underdeveloped compared to my graphical ability, but I honsetly believe that you don’t have to be good at music to enjoy creating it. :)

But the most interesting tunes I uploaded are the collaborated pieces
which I made together with my friend Gast by playing [B]"mod tennis"[/B].

The rules of mod tennis are simple:

[B]* Stick to the XM format, and use only XM-comaptible effects.[/B] By narrowing down the flora of effects it will be easier to make sure that your tune wont get out-of-track(er).

[B]* Pass the buck! [/B] Don’t be egoistic, stick to the chosen time limit and pass the tune when you’re out of time. A little stress will help bring out the best of you.

[B]* Maintain your own backups.[/B] Create a backup of the tune everytime you pass it. People modify/cripple/destroy your tracks intentionally and unintentionally! Having a backup will avert most personal grudges.

How to get started:
1. Ask a friend or two if they’d like to play.
2. Decide on an interval and in which order the song should be passed.
3. Go!
